A Note About the PARCC Tests
During the week of March 9-13, all 3-5 grade students will be taking the state PARCC tests. Subjects covered are Reading/Language Arts and Mathematics. Below is our schedule and some helpful tips that you can do to help your child do his or her best on the PARCC tests.
Room 203 Schedule: We will test every day from 1:00-2:30 PM.

You can help your child do his or her best by:
- making sure, if possible, that your child attends school on the days of testing (If your child is absent, he/she will be able to make up the test on a different day.)
- provide a healthy breakfast on the mornings of testing;
- remind your child to ask the teacher questions before the test begins if he or she does not understand test directions;
- advise your child not to worry about the test;
- encourage your child to do his or her best and let your child know that you have confidence in his or her abilities.
